Sonax Ultimate Cut is a professional cutting compound that is perfect for polishing sanded or severely weathered painted, gelcoat, or fiberglass surfaces. This odorless water-based formulation has low dusting, making it ideal for removing P1000 or finer sanding marks from paint or gel coat.

This cutting compound removes marks of P1000 grit or finer, including paint defects, scratches, dust inclusions, and severely scratched or oxidized paint work without damaging the clear coat. The polishing formula leaves a medium gloss OEM paint finish with minimal hologram paint surface, giving surfaces a like-new appearance.

Additionally, Sonax Ultimate Cut is silicone and dust-free. Its water-based formula will not dry out like other compounds, contains no solvents, silicones, or petroleum, and creates no dust during the compounding process so polishing pads stay clean longer. It is one of the most flexible compound/polishes available in the market and works beautifully on all clear coats and paint finishes.
